That's the whole point I suppose. Somebody has to keep an eye on Jade anyway.
And I honestly don't know, but I can hardly imagine such accomplishments would be left untouched for the greater upsetting of the receiving end. I might be wrong though, and this merit will pass unsung on the records of the scout body, but I'm rarely wrong.
