[Yes, this is a good kiss. The part of Rose's brain that was taking this as coolly as possible gets shot down in favor of fully enjoying it, and Rose's heads shifts slightly to the right, as if wanting to explore more of Kanaya's lips. She can feel her arms on her shoulders then, which is always a good sign right? It's hard to tell with her eyes closed, but at least she isn't the only one kissing.
A minute or so passes as they silently kiss, and then Rose naturally ends the kiss she started, head going down so she can place her forehead on Kanaya's neck, arms still holding the troll.
